We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the products/services offered by Graphics Factory CC. If you are not, we will refund the full amount that you paid.

The only limitations are:

• If you accept a concept design and we deliver the final, print or web-ready design files, you no longer qualify for a refund on that specific order.
• The money-back guarantee is valid for a full 30 days from your order. We unfortunately cannot offer a refund after the first 30 days.

To request a refund, simply send us an email stating your order number and ask for your refund. While we prefer hearing a reason for the refund request, you are not required to give one.
