At the start of any project, we require only 50% of the total payment. The rest is paid when, and only if, you are completely satisfied that all your project goals have been met. There is no point where we will expect you to "take it or leave it". We will keep at it, cheerfully working on your designs, until you sign off on the project. Only then do we invoice you for the balance of the payment and, once that's received, the final designs are delivered to you.
